As you move though life as you, do you notice the shifts that occur within each experience, each moment of realisation? As every experience if acknowleged through the lens of love, creates a shift within, each experience good or bad, shapes the next moment of experience. If you are witness to yourself in life, you then have the opportunity to thrive through your circimstances from viewing from a higher perspective, perceptions of what you believed changed as you begin to unfurl all of your conditioned truths about yourself. This deep unraveling is quietly directed by your soul, slowly realigning you to what you came here in for. “your misson - your souls purpose” Some of you may feel this and can reflect and notice these shifts, whether subtle or loud...

Each moment of time allows you the opportunity to choose YOUR truth.. in the choices that your make for YOURself, within your conversations with the people in your life, with the choices of how you respond, and within the way you show up energetically.. The deep truth that is only yours can be felt within, as when you are in you truth, you will feel it from the INside out, for your heart is always guiding you toward your TRUTH.

Communication is your gift to share in a way that is clear and open, your throat chakra has been activating in these times as you may have noticed.

WHY?

Because now MORE than ever YOU are invited to “Speak your Truth” as we all hold the wisdom and knowledge of our souls journey of accumulated life times and experiences, allowing each individual the opportunity to share the TRUTH - the WISDOM within.

Your truth shared could really support someone, or perhaps trigger them to reflect what it is they may need to be aware of within themselves. Speaking your truth creates CHANGE, which impacts the collective.

Its time to open up any repression of speaking.. to do the inner work that may be blocking this energy within. This often arises from your inner childs needs, as perhaps you were told “to be quiet” alot, or “had a hand held up by a parent of elder initiating the energy of STOP! Repressing you from speaking, as so many have had their throat chakra blocked, recently this has been a huge unfolding for humanity. The suppression of our throat chakras, has conditioned us to comply... how convienent right!

Now is the time to unlock those blocks - whether with my support or your own way of working through it.

This is the time.... STEP UP for you, and humanity as a whole, if this is landing for you right now, acknowledge what rising with love, and know it’s okay... lean into the feeling with compassion of what is coming up, accept what you are feeling right now. Allow yourself to feel, to journal, to express on paper first what you want to let out. SCREAM it out if that feels good! Open and activate your throat chakra now!

Liberation and freedom flow from here, while being mindful that every word you speak in love or choice of response within communication creates an energetic shift, choose your thoughts, your words mindfully, be aware and speak your truth with humility and from compassion, because we are all going through this at different levels. For example if your truth is contriversal, you may add to the flow that “this is how I feel about... but take it or leave at as this is my perspective OR my truth.” As our truths may not be the same as another, AND THAT’S OKAY.

Freedom of speech is our birthright.. as long as you are mindful and ready for the responses that may flow back to you. utilise the SACRED PAUSE before responding, and speak from your heart.

So go forth and open up you THROAT CHAKRA, your expression, as each of us are here for the change within self, whether you are aware or not..
