Yoga & Meditation (Body-Based Support)


These sessions offer a gentle, breath-led approach to reconnecting with your body.


Through mindful movement, guided breath, and meditation, you are supported to soften, release tension, and returnto a more grounded and connected state within yourself.

Each session is intuitive and nourishing—designed to support your body’s natural rhythm, increase mobility, and create space for energy to move more freely.

We close with a deeply restorative relaxation, allowing your system to integrate and settle.
This is a space to slow down, to feel, and to come back into connection with yourself.

Emotion Code Therapy (Subconscious Mind)


Emotion Code works within the subconscious mind—the space where emotional experiences, beliefs, and patterns are stored.


Through this gentle, energy-based approach, we identify and release trapped emotional energy that may be influencing how you feel, think, and move through life.


The subconscious holds your personal history—your memories, learned behaviours, fears, and protective patterns. It is not here to judge, but to support you. When we begin to work within this space, deeper layers can come forward to be seen, understood, and released.

At times, the emotions we carry are not always easy to access through the conscious mind. This work supports you in connecting with what may feel unclear or hard to name—bringing awareness to what is ready to shift.

Within a session, we may work with themes such as inner child healing, generational patterns, or experiences held from different stages of life. Each session is guided by what your subconscious is ready to release.

As these layers are cleared, many people experience a greater sense of lightness, clarity, and connection back to themselves.

Root Cause Therapy (Unconscious Mind)


Root Cause Therapy works within the unconscious mind—where deep emotions, past experiences, and stored trauma are held and continue to influence how you feel, think, and move through life.


Through a gentle, guided regression process, we access these deeper layers in a safe and supported way. Within this space, you may see, sense, or feel what is ready to come forward—allowing insight, awareness, and healing to unfold naturally.

As we move through the session, we work with the emotions and beliefs held within the body. Using breath, awareness, and colour, these energies are supported to release—creating space for clarity, understanding, and a new perspective to emerge.

At times, inner child healing may arise, offering a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with and support younger aspects of yourself. Future-oriented guidance may also come through, helping you connect with a more aligned version of yourself and bring that energy into the present.

We all carry experiences that have shaped us—some of which remain unprocessed within the body. These can show up over time as emotional patterns, stress, anxiety, or physical tension. This work supports the release of those deeper layers without needing to re-live or retell painful experiences.


You are always in choice within this space, invited to share only what feels comfortable for you.
This is a deeply supportive and often profound experience—creating meaningful shifts from within.
