We have all experienced trauma in our lives, trauma is held in the body from highly emotional/painful experiences no matter how big or small, which can remain unprocessed in the body and show up years or decades later as physical pain, dis-ease, negative thoughts and behaviours. 

This is an alternative to talk therapy as you feel and release the emotions in the session/s and do not have to revisit or  re-address the old painful memories. You are invited to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable in doing so, this therapy releases limited beliefs, which create day to day stress  and anxieties, overwhelm and worries, complex mental health conditions, PTSD and addictions.

This beautiful healing journey is guided by your subconscious mind. It is an energy based therapy that is used to identify, and release trapped emotional energy♡ Within this mind is held all of your personal beliefs, projections, fears,  imagination, habits, and memories, it does not judge, and wants to serve for the highest good of you.  ♡
